SETH DUDLEY

Seth Dudley has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and development for the past 40+ years. From 1977 to 2010, he was a partner in the national commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm Studley, Inc. (now Savills North America), during which time he ran the company’s International Services and Corporate Services Groups, served on the Board of Directors, and provided Consulting Development services overseeing major office and warehouse construction for such corporations as Liberty Mutual Insurance, PETCO and Gateway, Inc. In 2001, Dudley founded Amalgamated Metropolitan Properties, Inc. to provide a similarly sophisticated level of services to retailers nationwide, and to develop multi-family and mixed- use projects in key locations across the country.

HAL BASTIAN

Hal Bastian is a 38-year commercial real estate veteran who has been a leader in the DTLA Renaissance since 1994. Fondly called "Mr Downtown" and”Mayor of Downtown” by many, he has helped recruit over 300 restaurants, bars, nightclubs and retailers, including Ralphs, Bottega Louie and Whole Foods. Hal has been at the forefront of the DTLA residential resurgence, starting with his leasing of the Old Bank District, DTLA's first Adaptive Reuse project. He has been instrumental in the construction of over 20,000 residential units and has helped recruit thousands of new DTLA residents. Today, Hal heads Amalgamated’s Brokerage Services Division, specializing in retail, restaurant and office leasing and sales.  Hal is also a DTLA consultant, gives specialty DTLA tours, and produces videos about DTLA, which can be seen at halbastian.com and on YouTube. Not surprisingly, Hal lives in DTLA, with his faithful dog, Scooter.

LYNDSI HELLARD

Lyndsi has worked internationally as a freelance business manager and corporate director of operations. Her clients include Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Titos Handmade Vodka, Revolver, and ONE. In the commercial real estate field, she has overseen the acquisition and disposition processes for a number of properties in five states, including due diligence management, vendor bidding and contract negotiations, and lender construction draw processing.
